At Triggered Ink, every item is made to order — this means your apparel is produced specifically for you once your order is placed. This allows us to maintain quality, reduce waste, and ensure every product meets our standards.
Order Processing & Production Time
- All apparel orders are made to order and typically take 1–3 business days to fulfill before shipping.
- Production time may vary slightly during high demand periods (such as holidays or sales events), but we work to stay within this timeframe whenever possible.
- Once your order has been produced, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time & Rates
- Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after fulfillment, depending on your selected shipping method and location.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country and may take 1–3 weeks depending on customs and location.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Tracking & Delivery
- You’ll receive an email containing a tracking number once your order ships.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates after fulfillment.
- Triggered Ink is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears delayed or lost in transit:
- Check your tracking details first.
- Contact your local postal carrier or shipping provider for an update.
- If unresolved, contact us at info@triggeredink.com with your order number, and we’ll help investigate the issue.
Shipping Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please email info@triggeredink.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production or shipping has started, we may not be able to make adjustments.
