Return and Refund Policy
Returns
At Triggered Ink, we stand behind the quality of our apparel and want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- It must be in its original packaging with tags attached
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
Please note: Items marked as Final Sale, custom, or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
To start a return, contact us at info@triggeredink.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable. Return shipping fees may apply unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received your refund after it’s been approved, check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for size, color, or style if the desired product is in stock.
To ensure availability, email info@triggeredink.com before mailing your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and your order number — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Custom printed or personalized items
- Clearance and sale items
- Underwear or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
Shipping Your Return
If you are responsible for shipping your return, please send it to the address provided in your return approval email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as Triggered Ink cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
